Camp meeker community builders

 

Here’s how you can get involved:

Ø Come to the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District Board Meetings to get educated on issues and involved in solutions, usually the 3^rd Tuesday of each month, but postponements are frequent.  For more information, visit http://www.campmeeker.org/board.html .

 

Ø Give your support to the Camp Meeker Volunteer Fire Department by becoming a firefighter, joining the auxiliary, attending the Fire Board meetings that occur every first Thursday at the fire hall, or by donating money to the cause.  For more information, call Dani Sheehan-Meyers at 874-2154. 

 

Ø Join us in reviving the Camp Meeker Community Builders to work together to make Camp Meeker a healthier community. Contact Amy Lemmer, 874-1318 or amylemmer@comcast.net, to help create a dynamic way of seeking solutions to community problems.

Surely we can find ways to live cooperatively.  Giving back to

the community can be one of the most natural acts we can perform.
