The department is involved with almost any community service project or event. For example, we provide beach facility maintanance, help with activity days, and are currently involved in a program to upgrade ISO homeowner insurance ratings through testing and reporting fire suppression capabilities.       The CMVFD is always accepting donations. We are funded mostly through community fundraising. Donating your time as a non-firefighting volunteer is also valuable to us.
