A. PUBLIC HEARING

The Board will take and review public comment on Proposed Resolution No. 2009-011, which proposes to approve the 2009-2010 annual flat charge billing via property taxes. Proposed Resolution No. 2009-010 is entitled:

"A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CAMP MEEKER RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT OVERRULING PROTESTS AND CONFIRMING REPORT ON WATER CHARGES AND DELINQUENT WATER CHARGES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010."

B. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING.

C. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 2009-011 OVERRULING PROTESTS AND CONFIRMING REPORT ON WATER CHARGES AND DELINQUENT WATER CHARGES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010.

DESCRIPTION: Following the taking of Public Comment, as set forth above, the Board will review for adoption Proposed Resolution No. 2009-011 that Resolution proposes to over-rule protests and confirm the report on water charges and delinquent water charges for the year 2009-2010.

PROPOSED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2009-011.

Items for the agenda of the regular meetings of the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District must be submitted to the District in writing. Regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The District must receive submissions no later than ten (10) calendar days before the meeting.
