            VII.  ACTION AGENDA

               

            A.  ACQUISTION OF TAX SALE PARCELS:

DESCRIPTION: The Board will meet to consider purchasing parcels being sold by the County of Sonoma for property tax default and the payment for said parcels that totals $52,250.00. The purpose of the acquisition would be to expand existing recreation areas           and preserve open space within the District.

                  Parcel numbers and associated costs are:  

                        074-110-003 $4,700.00

                        074-120-001 $3,350.00

                        075-040-001 $25,650.00

                        075-040-015 $6,100.00

                        075-141-006 $3,200.00

                        075-171-001 $3,300.00

                        075-176-003 $2,650.00

                        075-260-004 $3,300.00

 

                 PROPOSED ACTION: The Board may decide to purchase parcels in tax default from the County of Sonoma.
