NOTE:  This is NOT a meeting of the two Boards of Directors.   No action can be taken at this meeting other than for each subcommittee to report back to its respective Boards.   The subcommittees were designated by their respective Boards to meet from time to time to confer and make recommendations back to their respective Boards concerning the joint water system.

6.       DISCUSSION OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SCWA TO DELIVER WATER TO OCCIDENTAL

DESCRIPTION:  The joint committee will discuss amending the agreement with the Sonoma County Water Agency to deliver water to Occidental.

PROPOSED ACTION:  The subcommittee may or may not make recommendation to their respective Boards for further action on this matter.

 

7.       REVIEW OF POLICIES FOR ADDITIONAL HOOK-UPS TO WATER SYSTEMS.

DISCUSSION:  The joint committee will review policies relative to new/additional hook-ups to the existing water system.

PROPOSED ACTION:  The subcommittee may/may not make recommendations to their respective Boards relative to this issue.
