Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, the Board has issued a Notice of Availability of a Draft Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the Camp Meeker/Occidental Wastewater Reclamation Project. The Board has determined that a Public Comment Session should be held to take comments on the Draft SEIR. This is the public’s opportunity to comment on the contents of the Draft SEIR and its adequacy. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person until everyone has had the opportunity to speak. Written comments will also be accepted at the Public Comment Session. The 90-day public review period for the Draft SEIR will run through August 14, 2007.
