VII. ACTION AGENDA
A. ANDERSON HALL PROJECT
DESCRIPTION: The Board will review and consider for approval 1.) progress payment No. 3 in the amount of $3,974.63; and, 2.) authorizing the engineer to file the “Notice of Completion for the Anderson Hall ADA Project.
PROPOSED ACTION: The Board may/may not approve 1.) progress payment No. 3 in the amount of $3,974.63; and, 2.) authorizing the engineer to file the “Notice of Completion” for the Anderson Hall ADA project.
B. UPDATE DAM PROJECT AND GRANT APPLICATIONS
DESCRIPTION: The Board will review the progress of the dam removal/restoration project and review a resolution authorizing the Board president to sign grant(s) applications to be submitted to grants.gov.
PROPOSED ACTION: The Board may/may not approve a resolution
authorizing the Board present to sign documents for grants applications.
C. CAMP MEEKER/OCCIDENTAL WASTEWATER PROJECT
DESCRIPTION: The Board will receive a project status report from the engineer regarding the Camp Meeker/Occidental Wastewater project.
D. REVIEW OF POSTAL SERVICE RENTAL CONTRACT-TRAILER
DESCRIPTION: The Board will review the renewal of the postal service rental contract for the trailer space housing the post office.
PROPOSED ACTION: The Board may/may not approve the renewal of the rental contract with the United States postal service for the trailer space housing the post office.
VIII. MONTHLY REPORT OF THE DISTRICT ENGINEERS, BRELJE AND RACE.
DESCRIPTION: District Engineers will report on progress of present projects.
IX. MONTHLY REPORT FROM WATER SYSTEM OPERATOR.
DESCRIPTION: Water System Operator will report on water system operations for the current month.

How to get an item on the agenda
Items for the agenda of the regular meetings of the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District must be submitted to the District in writing. Regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The District must receive submissions no later than ten (10) calendar days before the meeting. Submit your agenda items to: Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District, Post Office Box 461, Camp Meeker, CA 95419. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number. Anonymous submissions will not be considered for discussion.
