VII. ACTION AGENDA
A. PRESENTATION GOLDRIDGE CONSERVATION DISTRICT FISH PASSAGE PROJECT MARKET STREET BRIDGE.
DESCRIPTION: The Goldridge Conservation District through grant funding from California Department of Fish and Game is working with Streamline Engineering and NOAA fisheries to design a fish passage project just below the Market Street Bridge. Since the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District is an affected landowner the Goldridge Conservation District would like to speak to the Board about the proposed project and get the Board’s early input in the design phase.
ACTION: The Board may/may not have input regarding this project.
B. RESOLUTION # 2006-002 TO APPLY FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF STORM DAMAGE FROM OES/FEMA.
DESCRIPTION: RESOLUTION #2006-002 AUTHORISES AN APPLICATION TO OES/FEMA FOR REIMBURSEMENT FUNDING FOR DAMAGES TO THE WATER SYSTEM OCCURRED DURING THE WINTER STORM INCIDENT (12/17/2005-1/3/2006) DISASTER # DR-1628.
ACTION: ADOPT RESOLUTION # 2006-002.
C. UPDATE REGARDING EIR AMMENDMENT RECEIVED FROM SCWA.
DESCRIPTION: Discussions will continue regarding the draft of the document requested by SCWA to amend of the Camp Meeker Environment Impact Report with respect to wastewater removal/handling.
ACTION: The Board may direct communications and alternative proposals to SCWA regarding addition of provisions covering the costs and indemnity related to participation as the Lead Agency in doing the EIR amendment.
D. REVIEW OF CAMP MEEKER DAM REMOVAL GEOTECHNICAL REPORT (ADMINISTRATIVE DRAFT UPDATE).
DESCRIPTION: The Board may continue discussions about the administrative draft of the Camp Meeker Dam Removal Geotechnical report.
ACTION: The Board may direct the consultant to prepare a final draft based on comments and corrections from the Board.
E. ANDERSON HALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
DESCRIPTION: The Board will discuss changes recommended by Brelje and Race in the construction schedule.
ACTION: The Board may authorize changes recommended by Brelje and Race.
F. BRELJE AND RACE CONTRACT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR AMMENDED EIR.
DESCRIPTION: Brelje and Race will present and review a proposed contract for engineering services for the amended EIR contingent up on the approval of funding and other contractual matters with SCWA.
ACTION: The Board may approve
contract.
VIII. MONTHLY REPORT OF THE DISTRICT ENGINEERS, BRELJE AND RACE.
DESCRIPTION: District Engineers will report on progress of present projects.
IX. MONTHLY REPORT FROM WATER SYSTEM OPERATOR.
DESCRIPTION: Water System Operator will report on water system operations for the current month.

Items for the agenda of the regular meetings of the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District must be submitted to the District in writing. Regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The District must receive submissions no later than ten (10) calendar days before the meeting. Anonymous submissions will not be considered for discussion.
