A. UPDATE REGARDING EIR AMMENDMENT RECEIVED FROM SCWA.
DESCRIPTION: Aimee Crawford, Director, will review draft of document
recently received from SCWA regarding a request to amend of the Camp Meeker
Environment Impact Report relative to wastewater removal/handling.
ACTION: The Board may/may not take
further action regarding this issue.

B. UPDATE OF ANDERSON HALL UPGRADES:
DESCRIPTION: The Board will review progress of Anderson Hall upgrades.
Action: The Board may/may not approve actions relative to aspects of
the Anderson Hall Upgrade project.
DESCRIPTION: The Board will discuss a contract amendment for Brelje and
Race covering additional project costs.
Action: The Board may/may not a contract amendment for Brelje and Race.
IX. MONTHLY REPORT OF THE DISTRICT ENGINEERS, BRELJE AND RACE.
DESCRIPTION: District Engineers
will report on progress of present projects.
X. MONTHLY REPORT FROM WATER SYSTEM OPERATOR.
DESCRIPTION: Water System Operator will report on water system
operations for the current month.

How to get an item on the agenda
Items for the agenda of the regular
meetings of the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District must be submitted to
the District in writing. Regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each
month. The District must receive submissions no later than ten (10) calendar
days before the meeting. Submit your agenda items to: Camp Meeker Recreation
and Park District, Post Office Box 461, Camp Meeker, CA 95419. Be sure to
include your name, address, and phone number. Anonymous submissions will
not be considered for discussion.
