DESCRIPTION:  There will be a discussion of the terms, shared costs, operations and maintenance issues (“O&M”), structure and governance of a proposed joint operation by the Occidental Community Services District and the Camp Meeker Recreation and Parks District, all involving the existing Camp Meeker water transmission line.  A proposed agreement will be presented and terms reviewed and discussed.  The undying matter involves the proposed sharing of costs to operation and maintain with (and the terms of proposed buy in by) the Occidental Community Services District (“OCSD”) into the existing Camp Meeker water system.
