DESCRIPTION: The Board will address, discuss charges and s specific time frame and review a proposed contract relative to the Occidental Community Services District request for a temporary outside water service agreement, pending completion of their new water system. This is an in-depth discussion based on a request in August 2004.
ACTION PROPOSED: The Board will consider the issues surrounding this project and may review and adopted a proposed contract, determine time length and charges for and grant a temporary outside water services agreement with OCSD.

meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The District must receive submissions no later than ten (10)
