VII.            CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL–PENDING LITIGATION

[Subdivision (c) of Government Code Section 54956.9]

Based on existing facts and circumstances, the Board of this District is deciding whether to initiate litigation. This involves one matter only.

 

VIII.      Action Items  

 

 

A.        REVIEW AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 04-002, PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, JULY 1, 2OO4 – JUNE 30, 2005.

DESCRIPTION:  The Board will review and adopt the preliminary budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2004 – June 30, 2005.  The proposed preliminary budget will be for all funds required.

 

PROPOSED ACTION:  Adopt Resolution 04-002 approving the July 1, 2004 – June 30, 2005 Preliminary Budget.


IX.        DAM PLAN COMMITTEE

 

DESCRIPTION:  The Board will review recent events and make a presentation to Dam Plan Committee members.

 

X.            MONTHLY REPORT OF DISTRICT ENGINEERS, BRELJE AND RACE.

           

DESCRIPTION:  District Engineers will report on progress of present projects.

 

XI.             MONTHLY REPORT OF THE WATER SYSTEM OPERATOR, RUSSIAN RIVER UTILITY.

           

DESCRIPTION:  Hal Wood will report on activities.

How to get an item on the agenda

Items for the agenda of the regular meetings of the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District must be submitted to the District in writing.   Regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month.   The District must receive submissions no later than ten (10) calendar days before the meeting.
