DESCRIPTION: The Board will address and discuss concerns relative to the Bohemian Ranch, LLC application to the Department of Water Resources, Division of Water Rights for reconstruction and permit to divert water.
ACTION PROPOSED: The Board will consider the issues surrounding this project and may file as a Board to protest and request appropriate CEQA and scientific review.

Regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The District must receive submissions no
