B. Letter from dan nielson – To discuss the meeting of February 9, 2003 a joint meeting with the Occidental Community Services District about frming a Joint Powers Aggrement for the pourpose of water supply to the town of Occidental.

C. Introduction and review by the Boardof a proposed resolution to be adopted at the April 8, 2003 Board meeting. Take action directing that the proposed new resolution be posted and make available to the public, and further directing the publication of notice of the April 8, 2003 meeting at which public comment will be taken on this item. The proposed new resolution amends Resolution 97-3 by adopting aa new date of the new resolution is May 13, 2003.

PROPOSED ACTION: Adopion of a resolution by the Board that it has reviewed the proposed new resolution amending Resolution 97-3, and directing the Secretary and General Manager to cause same to be posted and to publish a notice in a local newspaper of general circulation of the April 8, 2003 meeting, at which public comment shall be taken.

D. A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District approving the form of and authorizing the excution and delivery of a fifth amended and restated Joint powers agreement with the Special District Risk Management Authority.

PROPOSED ACTION: TO ADOPT RESOLUTION

E. A Resolution ot the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District approving the application to apply for grant funds for the per capita grant program under the safe neighborhood parks, clean water, clean air and costal protection bond act of 2000.

Proposed Action: Approve Resolution.

F. To grant permission to the parents of the Harmony School Kindergarten Class to install a small native plant garden on the lower retaining wall at the Camp Meeker Beach.
