Meeting called to order at 10:01 A.M. by Vice-President Cathie Anderson with Directors Ford, Martinsen, and Anderson present.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Moved by Lori Ford, seconded by Cheryl Martinsen to approve agenda as presented. Ayes: 3 Absent: 2

There was no public discussion of items not on the agenda

PUBLIC HEARING:

REPORT OF CHARGES 2002-2003 TAX ROLL

As there were no objections or corrections to the report, A MOTION WAS MADE BY CHERYL MARTINSEN AND SECONDED BY LORI FORD TO APPROVE THE REPORT OF CHARGES 2002-2003 AS CORRECTED REFLECTING ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND ALL OTHER CHARGES IN THE REPORT ATTACHED TO THE RESOLUTION TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY OF SONOMA.
