Absent: Cathie Anderson.

II. Open Public Hearing

Motion by Cheryl and 2^nd by Lori to accept flat charge report with revisions as listed and authorize board president Gary Helfrich to sign Resolution # 2001-02. There were no comments or objections from the public.

Vote Ayes 4 Noes 0.

Open Special Meeting

1. The item listed on the agenda was listed incorrectly and was tabled for the next regular meeting so that it could be properly listed on the agenda.
