Regular Meeting MINUTES

I.                   CALL TO ORDER – ROLL CALL

Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM

Present: Gary Helfrich, Lori Ford, Cheryl Martinsen, Fred Meyer

Absent: Cathie Anderson

II.                APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Motion to approve agenda by Cheryl and 2nd by Lori  Ayes 4 Noes 0  .

 

III.             CONSENT AGENDA

1.   Approval of Minutes   TABLED

  1. Payment of claims 

Motion by Lori and 2nd by Cheryl to pay all claims presented  Ayes 4 Noes 0

  1. Financial  report was given by Cheryl Girard  60% of this years budget is spent.

 

IV.              Public Discussion

1.         Gene Koch had a question about Occidental hooking up to Camp Meeker. At present time there is no hook up

 

The Board will discuss and may take action on the following items

V.                 ACTION AGENDA

1.                  Sewer Project Update  - Sue Nelson gave an update on the project. The project has the support of the Sonoma County Water Agency and the EIR should be ready by the summer.

2.                  Report from Russian River Utility   - TABLED

3.                  Dutch Bill Creek Restoration Project  - Sue Nelson reported that there is money available for the project. We should have work shop with Department of Fish and Game and the Community to find out what type of project would be best for the community.
